General & alpha access
For waitlist questions, alpha-access requests, feature ideas, bug reports, or any "is this normal?" question:
We aim to reply within a few days during alpha. We're not a 24/7 desk.
Bug reports & feature requests
Email support@vcareer.net with steps to reproduce and a screenshot if it's a visual issue. Public bug tracker + community channels will land closer to beta.
Security disclosures
Found something that looks like a vulnerability? Please email it directly, don't open a public issue:
We will acknowledge within 72 hours and aim to triage within a week. No bounty program at this stage — we'll credit you in the changelog if the issue is real and you'd like that.
Privacy requests
To export or delete your account, use Settings inside the authed app. For waitlist removal, or any other privacy question: privacy@vcareer.net. We will reply to confirm the action. See /privacy for the full policy.
